REFUND POLICY

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, provided the following conditions are met:
The item has not been worn, used, or washed, and remains in its original condition.
All product tags are intact, and the original packaging is complete.
The issue is not the result of human-induced damage or improper use.
Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.
The following situations may not be eligible for returns or exchanges:
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Items damaged or stained due to personal reasons.
II. Return and Exchange Request Process
Please contact us via email, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our customer service team, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please follow the instructions to ship the item back to the designated address.
We will process your request once we have received the returned item and verified its condition.
III. Refund Policy
For approved returns that meet the eligibility criteria, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing is complete.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable (exceptions apply in cases of product quality issues).
If the original order included promotional discounts or offers, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid.
IV. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or style), please specify this when submitting your request.
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; if the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund instead.
The processing time for exchanges is similar to the shipping time for a new order.
V. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues or shipping errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item) will be covered by us.
Return shipping costs incurred due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of preference, etc.) must be covered by the customer.

VII. Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order and receive a full refund prior to shipment.
